Popis:	When all of the usually applied treatment methods fail, we have to try something innovative. In this vignette, we present the history of the first in Poland CAR-T cell therapy in a child with refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). In more than 10 months observation time post infusion the patient remains MRD-free with a chance for long awaited clinical cure.
