The article describes problem statement of the parameters of ultrasonic action at the extraction of dehydroquercetin from the waste wood of Siberian larch Larix sibirica Ledeb. Traditional method of extraction and method of intensification under ultrasonic action are considered and optimum parameters of the processes are determined. The samples of dehydroquercetin obtained by different method are analyzed by the methods of spectroscopy and supercritical fluid chromatography; it is carried out their comparison with the control samples and State Standard Samples. On the base of experimental data the flowchart of process is constructed and its advantages are formulated |
