Popis: In recent years, close attention of scientists around the world has been focused on research on avoiding the widespread use of antibiotics of various types in the agricultural industry and on the transition to the use of environmentally friendly, natural additives and enzymes in the diets of animals and poultry, aimed at increasing the immune defense of the body capable of resisting aggressive the influence of the pathogenic microbial and viral background of the environment, capable of producing environmentally friendly products for human consumption. One of the simple and effective solutions for maintaining the health of agricultural animals and birds in the current conditions is the systemic use of prebiotics, probiotics, symbiotics, phytobiotics and natural enzymes as an additive to the diet, which are active agents for stimulating and enhancing immunity due to microbial pool of the gastrointestinal tract, which leads to an improvement in the safety of livestock and an increase in the production indicators of the industry. The experiments have shown the positive effect of the new probiotic feed additive on the milk productivity and quality of milk of cows by improving the breakdown of fiber and proteins, activating the cellulolytic microflora of the digestive tract of animals.
