Popis: | The major psychoactive Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and the non-psychoactive cannabinol (CBN) of cannabidiol (CBD) can both stimulate and inhibit testicular testosterone (T) production in vitro and in vivo . At nanomolar concentrations, these cannabinoids stimulate T production by decapsulated mouse testes while, in micromolar amounts, the effects are markedly inhibitory. |
