Popis:	Land development gives impact to local ecosystems. Some kind of method to quantify the impact dueto construction activities, will be necessary to promote ecological planning on land development project. By using remote sensing data and scoring method of land capacities keeping ecosystem's balance, it's ableto handle environmental change on computer based calculation.
