Popis: | The dependence of the bimolecular rate constant on the external electric field in organic systems characterised by low charge carrier mobility was investigated. From analytical approximations and numerical calculations, the bimolecular rate constant is found to decrease with increasing electric field and depends on the charge carrier concentration. |
