Popis: В настоящей выпускной квалификационной работе магистра исследован Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ правового регулирования в области использования гидроэнергии. В первой главе работы рассматриваются эволюция правоотношений и законодательства в сфере использования гидроэнергии, теоретические основы водопользования в Российской Федерации, понятийно-терминологический аппарат в исследуемой области, а также определяется место гидроэнергетики в системе Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÑÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð² энергии. Вторая глава посвящена вопросам использования гидроэнергии Ð³Ð¸Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¼Ð¸ сооружениями и Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ñ‹ вод при производстве электрической энергии, а также правовым проблемам, существующим в области гидроэнергетики и способам Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ. Выдвигается ряд предложений, которые смогли бы улучшить существующее законодательство в исследуемом вопросе, что повлияет на текущее состояние отрасли и дальнейшее её развитие.
In this final qualification work of the master, the mechanism of legal regulation in the field of the use of hydropower has been studied. The first chapter of the work discusses the evolution of legal relations and legislation in the field of hydropower use, the theoretical foundations of water use in the Russian Federation, the conceptual and terminological apparatus in the study area, and also determines the place of hydropower in the system of renewable energy sources. The second chapter is devoted to the use of hydropower by hydraulic structures and water protection in the production of electrical energy, as well as legal problems that exist in the field of hydropower and ways to solve them. A number of proposals are put forward that could improve the existing level of legislation in the issue under study, which will affect the current state of the industry and its further development.
