| Popis: | We describe an unusual case of a 6 weeks old male baby, referred to our hospital due to a large mass in his abdomen. Radiological work-up revealed a large retroperitoneal mass. Exploratory laparotomy with tumor resection was performed. Histopathological examination confirmed a mature cystic teratoma. The baby is doing well on follow up. |
