Popis: | A Low Noise Amplifier RF communication system for urban farm monitoring and control systems has been designed. This LNA is used for wide area urban farm. The selected transistor is BFR840L3RHESD. This LNA works on the 2.4 GHz frequency. In this paper the initial design was carried out by looking for the bias of DC LNA parameters and simulating reinforcement, noise, and stability for first-level LNA. LNA designed has a gain of 15.319 dB and a NFM is 0.817. |
