Popis:	Summary In dogs with gastric fistulas, glucagon (10 μg. per kilogram i.v.) augmented the histamine (10 to 15 μg. per kilogram s.c.)-induced secretion of water, free acid, and total acid significantly during the first 1/2 hr. after the injection. The output of pepsin, sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium was not significantly raised.
