Popis: | A 55-year old female presented with complaints of progressing weakness of right upper and lower limb for the past 2–3 months and altered sensorium for 5 days. There was no history of vomitings, seizures or any headache. Neurological examination revealed grade 2/5 power in the right upper and lower limbs with b/l papilledema on fundus examination.
