Comparison of streamflow recession between plantations and native forests in small catchments in Central‐Southern Chile

Popis:	A mathematical model was used to estimate the recession coefficient (α) for 142 rainstorm events in eight catchments between 2008 and 2017 in central‐southern Chile. No differences were found between winter α values of any of the catchments. Differences detected in summer are likely resulting from morphological differences between catchments and, secondarily, land cover, especially in the northernmost zone.
