Popis:	Eighty-four male guinea pigs were divided into seven groups of twelve each and anesthetized with urethane. Each group was tested with varying concentrations of U. S. P. Reference Standard Digitalis (1942) Tincture, using normal saline solution as the diluent. The effects of varying the concentration of digitalis tincture are reported. The results obtained are compared with those of other investigators and recorded in this report.
