The goal of the project "Energy Efficient solutions for high-rise business center in St. Petersburg" is to select and implement such solutions in the project of a unique office building to improve its energy efficiency class. The main methods used in the study were analysis, generalization and comparison. The paper examines the options of energy-efficient solutions used for public buildings; calculates the thermal characteristics of the enclosing structures of the designed high-rise business center; determines the class of its energy efficiency at the initial parameters; selects energy-efficient measures based on the space-planning solutions, the construction site and the purpose of the building; determines the class of energy efficiency taking into account these solutions; the contribution of a specific energy-saving solution to reducing the amount of energy consumed by the building is evaluated and the savings in heating costs are determined as a result of the implementation of energy-efficient measures. The data obtained as a result of the study can be used in the development of project documentation for high-rise business centers in order to improve their energy efficiency class. |
