Object of study: housing mortgage lending in Russia and the CHN. The purpose of the study: a comparative analysis of mortgage lending in Russia and China After analyzing the main indicators of the mortgage market in Russia, it should be noted its positive development by 2018. Despite the reduction in mortgage lending institutions, the values ââof the indicators for the number of loans granted and their volume do not have a negative trend, which confirms the strengthening of the positions of the remaining credit institutions in the market. A positive indicator of the development of the mortgage lending system is a significant increase in long-term loan repayment, as well as a low proportion of overdue housing mortgage loans. Based on the above, it can be said that the housing mortgage lending market continues to grow at an increasing rate, and mortgage loans occupy a significant share in the assets of the banking sector. However, despite this, there are problems that hinder this development to some extent. Based on the data obtained as a result of the survey, such problems include: low solvency of the population, high interest rates on loans, as well as a low number of mortgage programs that do not allow people to use the loan on concessional terms. By effectively regulating the state of the banking sector, as well as mortgage interconnected systems - providing citizens with housing, supporting the construction sector of the economy - problems in mortgage lending are solvable. |
