| Popis: | This paper substantiates the need for creating a science citation index for evaluating the productivity of Kazakh scientists and the citation frequency of their publications according to different parameters. The creation is described of the Citation Index of Kazakh Publications system representing an information-analytical database (DB), for which the bibliographic descriptions of articles by domestic authors with lists of cited literature are an information resource. The results of analyzing the scientific productivity and frequency of citation of Kazakh scientists are given, which were obtained based on the application of the index. |
