Popis: | Dendritic oligothiophene having naphthalene bis(dicarboximide) (NDI) was synthesized, and its physical properties were investigated by ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The charge carrier mobility measurements by organic field-effect transistor devices and flash-photolysis time-resolved microwave conductivity measurements revealed p-channel behavior. The photovoltaic performance of the dendritic oligothiophene–NDI dyad with PCBM exhibited a power conversion efficiency of 0.14%. |
