Popis: | Measurements of electric conductivity and composition were performed on BiTe alloy films electrodeposited from an aqueous solution containing 1.50 mM TeO2 and various concentrations of Bi(NO3)3. X-ray diffraction measurements showed that Bi2Te3 intermetallic compound was produced by the electrodeposition. Auger electron spectroscopy measurements showed that the Bi/Te ratio of the films increased with the increasing Bi(NO3)3 concentration in electrolyte solutions. The relation between the Bi(NO3)3 concentration in electrolyte solutions and conductivity was volcano-like, and films deposited in 1.50 mM Bi(NO3)3 showed maximum conductivity. |
