Popis:	Reticulated sensing layers are under consideration for improvement of the spatial resolution obtained in some thermal imaging systems, in particular the pyroelectric vidicon. An analysis presented here gives some approximate solutions for the improvements to be expected with particular reference to the geometrical and material design parameters.
