| Popis: | We present a lichen-planus like eruption of secondary syphilis in a dark-skinned HIV-positive female. The case contributes to the clinical experience of cases presented in the literature of syphilis in dark-skinned people, thereby raising the dermatologist’s awareness of the clinical presentation of syphilis in this group of patients. |
