For the realization of a low carbon society, there is a demand for the spread of EVs and PHVs. In this paper, the research objective is to minimize the impact of EVs charging demand on the power system. And in the system which installed the storage battery which assists the charge of the EVs quick charger, we proposed the circuit to charge the storage battery from the commercial system with high efficiency. As a result, high efficiency could be realized by downsizing the charging circuit. This is thought to help spread the PHVs and EVs by suppressing the impact of EVs quick charging on the system. |
