| Popis: | The water laws of Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine are reviewed and compared with the Water Framework Directive of the European Union with a focus on water quality, water pollution and water management. Theoretical aspects and the implementation of the laws are discussed in terms of integration with European water legislation. Discrepancies are identified that should be addressed in future national legislation. |
