| Popis: | Experimental data suggesting the excitation of natural seismic ground oscillations near force effects employed in geomechanical construction are cited. The seismic energy released at the source is not only transferred into space by traveling waves, but also attenuates near the source in the form of standing waves; this suggests the possibility of accounting for natural ground oscillations when assigning seismic effects in structural analyses. |
