Popis:	To provide timely and accurate labor accounting reports for a university hospital department of dietetics, six reports were designed: Monthly analysis of labor costs for biweekly employees, ledger of monthly labor costs, quarterly analysis of turnover, monthly report of unscheduled absenteeism for biweekly employees, labor listing, and seniority listing. Computer programs were written to generate four of these reports; two were generated from a generalized data base management system.
