An Optimal Configuration Method of APF Applied to Distributed Grid of Distributed poverty Alleviation Photovoltaic Power Supply with High Penetration Rate

Popis: The access of large-scale poverty alleviation photovoltaic power supplies has made the power quality problem of rural distributed grid increasingly serious. Aiming at the harmonic problem caused by the grid-connected photovoltaic power supply for poverty alleviation, an APF optimization configuration method based on the sub-matrix of the admittance matrix through eigenvalue decomposition and sensitivity analysis is proposed. Initially, through the analysis of node admittance matrix of distribution grid, the correlation sub matrix affecting voltage harmonics of distribution network was obtained. On this basis, the influence of the sub-matrix eigenvalues on the voltage harmonics of the distribution grid was studied; then, under the premise of ensuring that the harmonic voltage and total distortion rate of the network nodes meet the national standard GB/T14549-1993 “Power Quality Public Grid Harmonics” standard and the access capacity of the active filter is sufficient, through the decomposition of the sub-matrix, and the sensitivity analysis of the eigenvalues of the sub-matrix, the maximum value of the diagonal elements of the sensitivity matrix was selected as the optimal installation position of APF. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by an example of IEEE34-node system and a grid example of a 10KV area of Gansu Power Grid.
