Popis:	Histology as a biomarker to determine the effect of pollution on two fish species from the Hartebeespoort Dam: Prelimanary results. The aim of the study was to determine the type and severity of histological alterations in selected target organs of Clarias gariepinus and Cyprinus carpio. The results of this study indicate that there are macroscopic and histological alterations in the target organs of both the selected species from the Hartebeespoort Dam.
