Popis:	This paper presents a case history of the discovery of the La Barda Field, which is located within the CNQ 10 Block on the northeastern flank of the Neuquen Basin of Argentina (Figure 1). This block was evaluated by Tecpetrol S.A. between 1991 and 1994.
