Popis:	Two-column fractures, in the context of acetabular fractures, should be properly defined associated lesions. Reduction of these fractures is challenging because the acetabular roof, being involved in the fracture, cannot provide a reference point and fragments must be reduced and fixed to that part of the iliac bone that is still attached to the sacrum. The complexity and multiplicity of fracture lines, involving all anatomical-radiographic directions and the weight-bearing part of the joint, may confuse interpretation of pre-surgical Rx images and contribute to a lesser-quality reduction. To obtain satisfying results the surgeon must apply every imaging diagnostic tool that may be useful in the choice of the best approach
