Popis: Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) is a particular subtype of Breast Cancer (BC) identified in the last years. Has a biological distint behaviour and has been mollecularly and genetically defined. (1) In a recent expert forum, TNBC characteristics and definitions were established ratifying previous concepts in this variety of BC.(2) The Gene Expression profile of BC establish five categories: Luminal A, Luminal B, ErbB2 (HER2) positive, Basal subtype who includes TNBC and normal type. The frequency of the Basal subtype varies between 10 % to 25 % of all invasive BC, acording to different series and populations taken into consideration.
