Introduction: Restrictions in agglomerations and the risk of contamination by Covid-19, associated with imminent need for rehabilitation, imply new strategies that allow safe and effective distance monitoring and guidance. Objectives: To elaborate and evaluate the adhesion of a printed booklet as a telerehabilitation tool for SUS Brazil. Methods: a descriptive study with discharged patients diagnosed with COVID-19 pneumonia. At first outpatient visit was included if SpO2 of less than 93%; or FR≥ 24ipm; or changes in the 6MWT: reduction in the expected percentage of the distance covered; or a 4-point drop in SpO2. For planning the booklet, criteria were established such as type of exercise, equipment written and visual communication of images and texts. For adherence’s analysis were sent weekly questions by digital platforms. The project was submitted to and approved by the institution9s ethics committee. Results: The booklet featured 36 pages, 28 exercises, BORG scale, 45 photos, targeted and exercise interruption guidelines, monthly reassessments, with powerbreathe classic®, portable oximeter, elastic bands and pressure gauge. Were delivered 17 booklets (13 men), 55.64±9,84 years old, 3 excluded, with access frequency 2.85 ± 1.30 times a week. 96% said they use the booklet as a tool for telerehabilitation. Conclusion: The SUS Brasil booklet, associated with continuous patients’s monitoring, can be considered a viable and highly adherent instrument to compose telerehabilitation. |
