The following chapters will outline specific analytical methods that have been published or have been developed in the laboratory that highlight the use of solid phase extraction. Each section has been referenced to provide the technical information necessary to perform these methods and to investigate different derivatization methodologies, separation conditions, and other issues encountered in performing these assays. Most methods will include a brief description of the primary drugs, metabolites, and cross-reactive drugs. Various methods for separation and derivatization will also be presented, with additional references. |
