Popis:	An approximate model is presented for evaluating the fuel collision probability of an array of identical pins in terms of single rod probability and two fuel-independent quantities, one of which describes the effect of lattice irregularities. The resulting equation is similar to the one in current use but is more rigorous and does not involve assumptions concerning any region other than that of the fuel. (UK)
