Popis: Simple clinical measures of Intracranial Pressure (ICP), Mean Arterial Pressures (MAP), Cerebral Perfusion Pressure (CPP-MAP-ICP) and the Highest Glasgow Coma Scale (HGCS) are potentially useful parameters to guide therapy and predict outcome. We reviewed an initial grouping of 136 consecutive head injured patients, monitored 6 parameters and identified 17 critical points in predicting mortality or morbidity. We then applied these critical points to another group of 44 patients. Sixteen of seventeen points were confirmed (p < 0.05).
