Popis: The search for aesthetical Orthodontic treatments alternatives, in addition to technological revolution we are living, have contributed to aligners system to become even more popular. The indication for treatment with aligners is becoming increasingly broad despite several disagreement among orthodontists about the quality of final occlusion. The professional must understand that there are some differences in the force system management of the aligners technique when compared with the fixed appliance. Otherwise, both Orthodontist and patient will see inefficient and limited clinical results. The aim of this article is to present a case report planning using strategies in order to make treatment more efficient and predictable as possible. The patient is 17 years and 9 months old, male with Class I, brachyfacial, whose main complaint was diastemas all over both arches. The orthodontic treatment was performed with Invisalign® aligners with a biomechanical planning, based on movement decomposition and force system simplification. After 3 months and 2 weeks an aesthetic and functional occlusion was obtained with no need for additional aligners or a new digital planning.
