The theme of the final qualification work: "Improvement of innovative activity of an industrial enterprise in the oil and gas industry". This work is devoted to the study of the implementation and evaluation of innovative activities of industrial enterprises in the oil and gas industry and options for its improvement. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: Conduct an analysis of the current state and prospects for the development of the oil and gas industry in Russia. To study the essence and features of innovative activity of an industrial enterprise in the oil and gas industry. To improve the methodology for assessing the innovative activity of an industrial enterprise in the oil and gas industry. Develop practical proposals for improving the efficiency of innovative activities of an industrial enterprise in the oil and gas industry (on the example of Gazpromneft-Khantos LLC). The work was carried out on the basis of OOO Gazpromneft-Khantos, where a significant part of the data for the study was collected. A comparative analysis of methodological approaches to assessing the innovative activity of an industrial enterprise was carried out. The essence and peculiarity of the innovative activity of industrial enterprises in the oil and gas industry has been studied. As a result, the methodology for assessing innovation activity was improved using the developed system of indicators, guided by which, enterprises will be able to track the impact of strategic measures on the state of innovation activity. |
