Popis: | The mechanism of the formation of ice layer on the subcooler wall has been analyzed both kinetically and thermodynamically, and then an ice blockage prediction method based on temperature difference is proposed and verified by experiments. In addition, the effects of additives and fluid velocity on balance thickness of ice layer and critical temperature difference are discussed based on the ice growth and separation equation. Additives and fluid velocity have significant influence on the process of ice layer formation. |
