In the actual tunneling process of the shield machine, whether the human-computer interaction between the driver and the display and control interface can reflect the operation dynamics in time is the key to safe and efficient tunneling. Based on this, the anthropometry is comprehensively used to optimize the layout of the main control room working space in this paper. In view of the driver's slow extraction of the information displayed on the interface, the gaze tracking technology is used to extract the driver's eye movement data. Through the analysis of the eye movement data, it is found that the display interface is insufficient, and then the display interface is optimized. The first gaze time of the optimized display interface AOI 1 was shortened by 0.72s and the gaze duration shortened by 12.4s. The first gaze time of AOI 2 was shortened by 1.86s, and the gaze duration was shortened by 14.52s. This experiment verifies the rationality of the optimized interface and improves the ability of the shield driver to respond quickly in time to dynamic soil changes. |
