| Popis: | The liquid medium B-2 proved to be significantly more sensitive for the isolation of tubercle bacteria from menstrual blood and endometrium than the standard U1T egg medium. In female genital tuberculosis the number of tubercle bacteria in bacteriologically examined material is usually very low. The purpose of this article is to show that nevertheless by means of a sensitive medium results can be improved for cultures of menstrual blood and endometrium. |
