Popis: Vibrio harveyi is a Gram-negative, bioluminescent, marine bacterium in the genus Vibrio. It was originally described as Photobacterium fischeri [1], was later named after Beneckea harveyi [2] until it was given its final name, V. harveyi, by Baumann [3].
