Popis:	Methodological parameters of the microbiological assay of vitamin B12 with Lb. leichmannii have been investigated. These involved chiefly temperature of incubation of bacteria and length of the incubation period. Both parameters affect standard curves very strongly and thus influence the reproducibility of results.
