A study of 15N by use of the reaction 13C(3He, p)15N

Popis: Angular distributions of protons from the 13 C( 3 He, p) 15 N reaction and elastic 3 He scattering on 13 C have been measured from θ lab = 7.5° to 107.5° with a bombarding energy of 20 MeV. A total of 17 levels in 15 N up to an excitation energy of 10 MeV have been analyzed within the framework of DWBA with two-nucleon form factors calculated from microscopic shell-model wave functions and compared to experimental relative cross sections and angular distributions. The structure of the levels in 15 N are discussed.
