Popis: | In this work, we report on the modeling of a W-band radiometer Front-end by combining HFSS and ADS software. The measured properties parameters of millimeter-wave devices are set in the radiometer front-end model. Base on the model, we analyze how the key factors such as channel reflect, radio-frequency effective band-wide and gain flatness work on the temperature sensitivity of a w-band radiometer front-end. Moreover, the simulation results are suitable for other frequency bands and other structures radiometer front-ends. |
