Numerical simulation of liquid chlorine tank leak based on FLUENT

Popis: The atmospheric environmental issue is essentially the fluid mechanic problem of the pollutant transport, thus under the premise of setting reasonable calculation model and boundary condition, the FLUENT software can be applied to the study of the atmospheric environmental quality issue. Using the CFD software of FLUENT, this article has made numerical simulation of pollutant dispersion for the leak of the liquid chlorine tank in a chemical company. The simulation results mainly include the distribution condition of the density, temperature, velocity, and mass concentration after the chlorine tank leaks.
