Popis: Using broadband Diffuse Optical Spectroscopy, deep tissue temperature was measured non-invasively by correcting bound water effect. Results from phantoms correlated with invasive thermal probe (R2=0.93, ?=1.1±0.91°C, 28-48°C) and temperature in in-vivo human forearms was measured.
