| Popis: | Trismus refers to the restriction of the range of movements of the jaw commonly referred to as “lockjaw”. We report case series of trismus in patients who came with chief complaint of reduced mouth opening and pain with various aetiologies. These patients were successfully treated by Shekar’s physiotherapy appliance. Thus, this novel oral physiotherapy appliance is simple, easy to use, custom made and perhaps be employed as an effective method to treat trismus. |
