The purpose of final qualifying work is: "Modernization of the structure of the part" adjustable timber Bracket "based on the analysis of the construction Assembly". This work is devoted to modernization of the design details " Adjustable timber bracket", comparison designs, writing technology the details of the "Fork" that is included in the Assembly bracket design and development of tooling for fixing it blanks during manufacture. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Research of structures used in the production of PJSC "Vyborg shipyard". 2. The stages of modernization. 3. Description of the installation bracket. 4. Preliminary calculation of safety factor for cantilever beams. 5. Static calculation in T-Flex CAD. 6. Conclusions The work was performed using T-Flex CAD, where models were developed and static finite element calculations were performed. As a result of the research, calculation results were obtained for three variants of bracket modernization and the optimal variant for implementation was determined. |
