Popis: | In this study, we aim to compare essential oils from Anethum graveolens L. obtained by hydrodistillation, steam distillation and supercritical fluid extraction. The influence of the particle diameter was investigated for all extraction techniques considered. The effect of pressure on the supercritical fluid extraction was also evaluated. For this, a full factorial design 2² combined with response surface methodology was used to maximize the yield of volatile extract from the seeds of A. graveolens L. The mathematical modeling of each extraction method was performed using a suitable model. The gas chromatography analysis (GC) identified dillapiole, carvone and its isomers to be the major compounds. |
