Popis:	The aim of this article is to examine one of the most crucial choices the EPPO is required to adopt, which is the decision to drop a case, either deferring it to national jurisdiction, or to OLAF, or closing the case. This decision is of utmost importance and is closely related to the powers of the EPPO, as a decision not to prosecute, which constitutes the main task of the EPPO, might have an impact at the national level.
