Popis:	We have successfully assembled Panel-sized TFT-LCD scan drivers on LCD panels using Anisotropic Conductive Films, and have demonstrated 12.1″ diagonal defect free XGA TFT-LCDs. We have also confirmed a good reliability of the driver assembly.
