Popis: | Temperature distributions along the axis of steel cylindrical samples heated under various hydrodynamic conditions are measured. The concentrated longitudinal flow of the processed details was shown to result in a vertical gradient of the heating temperature, which depends on the value of the temperature, the dimensions of the workpieces, and the flow rate of the electrolyte. The methods of the distributed flow of the detail with radial or longitudinal flows enabling a decrease of the vertical temperature gradient down to 0.8–3.0°C/mm are suggested. |
